Today we are launching RolePlugin: ten expert AI persona plugins for Claude, each one researched, reviewed, and signed off before it reaches your team.

A persona plugin turns Claude into a specialist for one professional role. Instead of a generic assistant, you get a plugin built around the skills, workflows, and judgment calls that role actually makes every day. With this launch, ten roles are covered from day one. You still drive the conversation; the persona brings the domain grounding, the skill structure, and the guardrails that keep it useful for real work.

What’s in the box

RolePlugin ships with ten personas at launch:

  • Business Analyst

  • Product Manager

  • Technical Writer

  • QA & Test Engineer

  • Data Analyst

  • Solutions Architect

  • UX Researcher

  • Financial Analyst

  • Contract & Legal Reviewer

  • GRC & Compliance Analyst

Each persona is a full Claude plugin: a small set of capability skills built around that role’s real work, plus a dedicated onboarding skill so you can see what it does and how to use it before you commit to a workflow.

How each persona is built

Every persona goes through the same process before it ships. We start from 8 or more research sources for the domain, write and review a spec for each capability, run two full rounds of evals, and put the result through an adversarial review looking for gaps and unsafe outputs. A human reviewer signs off before anything goes live.

Where you can use it

Personas work inside Claude Code and Cowork. You can get access two ways: through a private GitHub marketplace invite, sent automatically once you subscribe, or as a zip download from the members app at app.roleplugin.com. Signing in to the members app only needs your email; we send a magic link, no password required.

Plans

RolePlugin is a subscription, billed through Polar.sh. Individual plans are $19 a month or $180 a year. Team plans are $24 per seat a month or $240 per seat a year, with a minimum of 5 seats. If you need more than that, contact us about an Enterprise plan.

Personas are built to assist professionals, not replace them. Some, like the Contract & Legal Reviewer and the GRC & Compliance Analyst, carry hard rules against making legal or financial determinations on their own. They are here to help you work faster and more thoroughly, with a licensed professional still making the final call. Every plugin is designed to speed up the parts of the job that are repeatable, so the people using it can spend more time on the parts that genuinely need their expertise.

Ten personas are live today. Take a look and see which one fits your team.
